Once nominations are submitted, our AI tools analyse each entry against the published criteria — looking for evidence of innovation, depth of engagement, accessibility features, effective use of tools, and demonstrable results.

Unlike human judges, AI applies the same level of scrutiny to every nomination, removing the risk of favouritism, inconsistency, or unconscious bias.

Human Confirmation

While AI provides the scoring and analysis, the final recognition of honourees is confirmed by our founder, Kizzi Nkwocha. This ensures that while the process is objective and scalable, it remains guided by human understanding and professional context.
