Online educators build real outcomes with no staffroom, no assembly, and usually no thanks. The Online Teacher Awards exist to find them — and say so, publicly.

Active feedback and a real sense of community among students.
Courses built so every learner, regardless of background or ability, can get in.
Digital tools chosen with purpose, not novelty for its own sake.
Measurable results — completion, skill gains, testimonials that hold up.
Teachers who actively lift other teachers in the profession.
Newer educators already making an outsized, early impact.
How It Works
Whether we receive 50 nominations or 5,000, every one is read against the same standard.
Every category's benchmarks are published up front. Nothing is judged against a hidden standard.
Each nomination is read against the published criteria, with identical scrutiny applied every time.
Founder and judge Kizzi Nkwocha personally reviews every shortlisted nomination before honourees are confirmed.
The Judge
These criteria are designed by educators, for educators — so the process reflects the values of the teaching profession itself.
Nominating takes a few minutes. It might be the first time anyone's told them their work is noticed.
