Submitting a nomination requires payment of a $50 USD nomination fee, payable via PayPal after the nomination form is submitted. A nomination is not entered into judging until payment is received.

Nomination fees are non-refundable, including where a nominee is not selected as an honouree, where a nomination is withdrawn after payment, or where a nomination is found to be ineligible after submission. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any nomination that does not meet our eligibility criteria or that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these Terms — in which case a refund may be issued at our discretion, but is not guaranteed.

Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details; please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what payment-related information we do retain.

5. User Submissions

If you submit content to us (e.g., articles, comments, nominations, or pitches):

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it
