The Online Teacher Awards are designed to recognize educators who are making a real difference in the digital classroom. Nominations are open to teachers from every background, country, and level of education, as long as they are using online or blended learning to positively impact their students.

Eligibility

Educators can be nominated if they:

  • Teach online or in blended learning environments (fully remote, hybrid, or digital-first settings).

  • Work at any educational level—from primary and secondary schools to universities, training programs, and lifelong learning platforms.

  • Demonstrate excellence in areas such as innovation, student engagement, inclusivity, creativity, or measurable impact on learners.

Who Can Nominate?

Nominations can be submitted by:

  • Students who have been inspired by their teachers.

  • Colleagues and peers who have witnessed outstanding practice.

  • School leaders, administrators, or institutions who want to highlight exemplary educators.

  • Teachers themselves, through self-nomination, sharing their story and achievements.

A Truly Global Stage

The Online Teacher Awards are open to educators worldwide. We believe great teaching knows no borders, and our goal is to celebrate excellence whether it’s happening in a rural village, a city classroom, or a virtual learning community that spans continents.

Why Nominate?

Every nomination is a chance to spotlight the dedication, creativity, and resilience of teachers who are redefining education for the digital age. By nominating, you’re not only honoring an individual—you’re contributing to a global movement that values and celebrates online teaching.
